As things are rapidly changing around us we are having to continually evaluate how we can remain available for the spiritual needs of the faithful, while we also seek to maintain cooperation with professional( government and medical) guidance. Therefore, we are now limiting attendance to 10 or less people.

This begs the question, what is spiritually essential? While I will continue to have Mass each day, it is not possible for the majority of the faithful to attend, as again we limit this to ten. When we consider essential spiritual needs the answer has long been understood in the practice of visiting  the sick in which we provide Confession and Communion. This is the end I have in mind.

We are preparing a list for people to sign up for visits to the Church each hour, in order to visit the Blessed Sacrament, make a confession, receive Holy Communion and make a thanksgiving. Our usual Sunday obligation of attendance at Mass is suspended under the circumstances. For those who cannot come to the Church, yet have serious spiritual needs, I will strive to visit by appointment.

Please call the Church at (623)213-5478 to be added to the list so that Father can accommodate your spiritual needs. Let us know how many will accompany you.

If anyone in your household is sick, stay home. If anyone has preexisting conditions, stay home.

Remember your daily prayers, concluding everyday with an examination of conscience and an act of perfect contrition. Also strive to make spiritual Communions throughout the day. Please pray for us and be assured of our prayers.

For tithing to the support of the Church, you can leave it in the marked basket at Church, send it in the mail, or donate through this website. (Please look for the donate button below.)

Here is a schedule of live-streaming of the Mass for the next couple of weeks by Father Benedict CMRI:

Daily (Monday through Friday) at 7:00 am

Every Saturday at 8:00 am

Every Sunday at 7:00 and 9:00 am.

In addition, there will be broadcast High Masses this Thursday, the

feast of Saint Joseph, and next Wednesday, the feast of the Annunciation

at 10:30 am.

Of course, all times given are for Pacific Daily Time, so you will need

to adjust accordingly.

Once again, to connect to the live-stream, people should go to and click on the live-stream tab on the right, under

the word "welcome". (It is right above the picture of the angels. Then

scroll down to the video. This option also allows people to view past

Masses, so if a time given is inconvenient for watching the Mass live,

they can always view it later.

Also, the Rosary will be prayed at Masses on Saturday and Sunday

one-half hour before Mass. In addition, we will be giving Sunday sermons

as well, even though the church is empty.

It is my prayer that this service will be a source of grace to our

parishioners, as we continue through this trying period.

*Prayers Requested: Please pray for the sick in the parish, especially Pat Kosko, Lisa Reiss, Alvin Recla, Lucy Muscarnera, Helen Kucharski, Christine Patterson, Jessie Gaines, Holly Hightower, Max and Karen Hartman, and Carl Lukkes.

*Mass Intentions: Have your family and friends, your special intentions, and the faithful departed remembered by having the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass offered for them. Mass intention envelopes are in the vestibule. The requested stipend is $25.00.

Out of respect of the Blessed Sacrament, please observe the following standards of dress:
Women and girls must have their heads covered. (There are veils available for loan in the vestibule if you do not have one.) Slacks, shorts, sleeveless, tight, or low cut clothing are not permitted. Dresses and skirts must cover the knee completely when standing or seated.
It is recommended that men and boys wear a suit-coat and tie. Jeans and other casual attire are inappropriate for attendance at Church services.
Thank you and God bless you!
